It has been announced in the last few minutes that Tottenham Hotspurs football club are now the official new partner of Fifa 13 and EA Sports. The deal has delighted EA Sports who saud that they are very happy that a deal could be made with a world class football club that is Tottenham Hotspurs.
The Spurs chairman Daniel Levy said that he was pleased that Tottenham could become part of a massive company like EA Sports and hope to get the Spurs fans to take notice of Fifa 2013. Spurs have become a household name in the world of football in the last couple of years.
Tottenham are now set to go on a big tour of America when they will play David Beckham’s LA Galaxy in a pre-season friendly. They will also be entertaining the New York Red Bulls as well to get the players fit for the new premier league season. They then will face a match against rival Premier League opposition in the way of Liverpool in the city of Baltimore on 28th July.
While Tottenham Hotspurs are warming up in pre-season in New York, the famous sports game makers EA Sports will be initiating 3D player head scans that will be of the Spurs players. This is so that the Fifa 13 developers can have 3D high quality digital player game models for the forthcoming Fifa series games that will be coming out each year.
There will be no doubt that Tottenham’s stadium (White Hart Lane) will look completely impressive, if not the best stadium in the entire game altogether. We can expect White Hart Lane to look nothing short of breathtaking for Fifa 13 whn it is out in September this year.
EA said that they are using this opportunity to engage more with the Tottenham Hotspurs fans, so that both parties will hopefully benefit from this coalition of partnerships.
